Ross Symonds is one of Australia’s most distinguished radio and television presenters. Ross began his broadcasting career as a radio announcer with ABC Brisbane. Soon after, he moved to Sydney and was appointed the ABC's Senior National News Presenter for radio and television - a position he held for 12 years

In 1981, Ross joined Channel 7 (Sydney) as Chief News Presenter. Breaking new ground in business communications, he hosted two series of A Look Down Under, a program promoting Australian business opportunities and products in the American market through the American Financial News Network.
